Outfielder Kyle Fillier has signed with the Dodgers
for the 2008 season. Kyle, who resides in
Campellford, Ontario, is a graduate of Team
Toronto of the Premier Baseball League of Ontario
(PBLO). Kyle is currently enjoying a successful
season as a freshman at Connors State College in
Oklahoma. Last week Kyle hit a game winning
walk-off home run in the bottom of the 10th
inning as his Cowboys edged the University of
Arkansas Lions 7-5. In 26 games Kyle is batting
.346 with 28 hits, 6 doubles, 6 homeruns and 18
RBI.
