Oshawa Dodgers 14, Hamilton Thunderbirds 5
In Oshawa, Darryl Reid hit a pair of singles and drove in four
runs to pace the Dodgers to a 14-5 win over the Hamilton
Thunderbirds in the Intercounty Baseball League on Saturday.
Sean Cunningham added three hits and Mat Wilson (1-1) allowed
five runs and eight hits and struck out nine batters in six innings
for the win.
Justin Wendt hit a two run homer for Hamilton.
Bill Lawrence (0-2) gave up six runs – five earned – and four hits
in 1 1/3 innings for the loss.
