In Oshawa, Chuck Roberts had three hits to lead the Majors to a 9-6
win over the Oshawa Dodgers in the first half of a doubleheader. Ryan
Gauthier added two hits and two RBI’s while Matt McCarney had a
double and two RBI’s.

Daniel Hayes (1-0) went 5 1/3 innings, allowing six hits with three
strikeouts. Adam Garner (0-2) gave up all nine runs and eight hits with
six strikeouts.  

For Oshawa, Travis Skelton and Steve Lewis had two hits each.
